Make it in Clay- 2008

An 8-week workshop exploring creative concepts and experimental hand building techniques. Both intermediates and beginners welcome.

In this workshop the basic hand-building techniques taught, The workshops will be run over eight weeks, with the first week introducing the subject and outlining the structure of the course, you will learn to play and experiment with colour and form pushing the boundaries of what you know of clay and the last week will be a Private View!! This is a great opportunity to see the work in a gallery space and invite friends and family to see what you have been up to for the last two months every Tuesday Evening!

Throughout the course guest artists will join the workshops and will bring their own style of working to the classes, introducing a wide range of techniques using oxides, under glazes and slips.

COURSE FEE £225 for 8 weeks, £195 for previous students and unemployment benefit
